How the BuilderK lines work.
These terms are in effect now. They apply to calls and text messages about DubaiFlorida on phone lines owned and operated by Builders Knowledge Development Inc., doing business as BuilderK.
- The program
- Dubai America updates by BuilderK: replies to your questions and occasional updates on the concept.
- How you join
- You join by texting LAGOON to our number and replying YES to our confirmation message. By replying YES you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from BuilderK at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be eighteen or older to join the text program.
- Frequency and cost
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Stop and help
- Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, and you will receive one confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or write to richard@builderk.com.
- Carriers
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Automated assistant and recording
- Calls may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded and transcribed. You are told this at the start of every call. If you stay on the line, you agree to the recording. If you do not agree, say so and the call will not be recorded, or you may hang up.
- Privacy
