The best waterfront places in the Gulf taught the world what water, shade, hospitality, and evening life can do for a neighborhood. DubaiFlorida studies that energy and asks a harder question: what would it take to build it well in Florida?
The answer starts with the ground itself. Climate, codes, soils, water, infrastructure, and the people nearby shape every direction on this site before a single image is drawn.
Lagoon-led communities are proposed for five Florida locations and are in pre-design.
