Who is responsible
One company answers for your information.
Calls and text messages about DubaiFlorida are answered on phone lines owned and operated by Builders Knowledge Development Inc., doing business as BuilderK (Florida CGC1537163), 4700 Millenia Boulevard, Suite 500, Orlando, Florida 32839. In this notice, “we” and “us” mean BuilderK when it handles information from those calls and texts.
This website is a concept by Dubai America, and it receives only the technical details described below. It collects nothing you type. Its forms are previews that run in your browser and send nothing anywhere. If that ever changes, this notice will be updated first.
What we collect
Only what you share with us.
- Your phone number
- The number you call or text from, and the time and length of each call or message.
- What you tell us
- Your name, email, the questions you ask, and the topics you want to hear about, when you choose to share them.
- Call recordings and transcripts
- Calls may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded and transcribed. You are told this at the start of every call. If you stay on the line, you agree to the recording. If you do not agree, say so and the call will not be recorded, or you may hang up.
- Your choices
- Whether you agreed to receive texts or calls, when, and how, along with any request to stop.
How we use it
To answer you, and nothing more.
- Reply to you
- To answer your questions about DubaiFlorida and follow up on what you asked for.
- Send updates you agreed to
- To text you, or call you with an automated or artificial voice, only if you gave written permission for that kind of contact.
- Keep a record of consent
- To keep proof of your permission and honor every request to stop.
- Keep the lines working
- To protect the lines from fraud and abuse and to meet legal obligations.
Sharing
Your mobile number stays with us.
- No sharing for marketing
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
- No sale
- We do not sell personal information.
- Service providers only
- Phone, messaging, and transcription providers process information only to run the lines for us, under contracts that limit their use of it.
- When the law requires
- We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of people.
Texts and calls
Permission, by channel.
You receive text messages about DubaiFlorida only after you text LAGOON to our number and reply YES to our confirmation message. You must be eighteen or older to join the text program. Permission to text is separate from permission to call or email, and it is never a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, and you will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The full rules are in the terms.
Your choices
You stay in control.
- Stop anytime
- Reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call that you do not want calls.
- See or correct
- Ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
- Delete
- Ask us to delete your information. We respond to requests within forty five days, and keep only what the law requires, such as a record that you asked us to stop.
- Retention
- We keep information only as long as needed to answer you and honor your choices, then delete it. Records of consent and opt out are kept for at least five years.

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics, session recording, or advertising pixels. Loading any page sends ordinary technical details, such as an IP address and browser type, to the services that deliver its files, including the host and the typeface provider.
We protect information with reasonable safeguards and limit access to the people who need it to answer you. Please never send government identification numbers, bank or tax records, or account numbers by call or text. The site and the lines are not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
