Planning brief
Put your priorities
in writing.
Three short steps capture what you are exploring, where and when, and what would make a first conversation useful. You review everything before you finish. In this preview, nothing is sent or stored, and nothing here is an application.
Artist visualization. Subject to change.
What a brief is for
From a broad idea to a useful brief.
Most first conversations about a home start wide: somewhere warm, near the water, sometime soon. A brief narrows that into a direction, a setting, a horizon, and a short list of questions.
It gives whoever you speak with next a clear place to begin, and it keeps the conversation anchored to your priorities.

About this preview
Before you begin.
What happens to my information in this preview?
Nothing leaves this page. Your brief is checked and assembled in your browser so you can review and print it. It is not sent, stored, or shared with anyone.
What should I leave out?
Any financial account, identity, or credit information: account numbers, Social Security number, date of birth, income figures, bank or tax records, and identity documents. The brief never asks for them, and they belong only with a licensed lender you choose.
How will the live version work?
Before any brief can be sent, DubaiFlorida will name the team that receives it and publish privacy terms explaining what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to ask for its deletion. You will also be asked separately before anyone contacts you by email, phone, or text message.
Important
Nothing entered here is an application.
This planning brief is a local preview. It does not send, store, or evaluate what you enter, and it is not a loan application, a request for a specific home or price, or a commitment by anyone.
